The English Language Institute (ELI) provides a quality English instruction to students from around the world. Mercer University's ELI offers these important features: experienced, dedicated and professionally prepared faculty; all instructors have a minumum of a master's degree and 5-10 years of experience; intensive, 2-month sessions with various start dates throughout the year; average of 15 students per class, maximum of 20; courses in grammar, writing, reading, listening/speaking, presentation skills, and test preparation; multi-level programs; computer language laboratory.
