Phoenix College is a comprehensive and regionally accredited community college, which offers smaller more personalized class sizes and innovative learning options such as on-line learning, hybrid classes combining both on-line and classroom instruction, short term courses, and learning communities. Its students may choose from more than 200 educational programs and over 2,000 courses.

Participants:

English as a Second Language. The ESL Program and Phoenix College offer classes with a variety of levels. Student's level will be determined by a placement test. Each student is required to take a placement test before registering. Levels are determined by Placement Test. Students can learn English with the help of: Traditional Classes; Online Classes; Hybrid Classes or Learning Community. Who may enroll: students, including F-1 students, enrolling in less than 7 semester credit hours District-wide.
