Ball State University was founded in 1918. About 20,000 undergraduate and graduate students enroll each year in diverse academic programs on and off campus. all State is ranked a doctoral/research-intensive institution by the Carnegie Foundation and is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Individual programs are accredited by various regional and national organizations.

Participants:

Intensive English Institute (IEI) provides seven-week intensive English instruction for all levels of nonnative speakers of English who have a secondary school (high school) degree. IEI also offers customized programs and test preparation. IEI students may take classes to prepare for TOEFL, iBT, SAT, ACT, GRE, and GMAT.  All classes are at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, USA. The total Immersion in American culture is also provided.
