The College offers more than 50 academic programs at the main Rosemount campus plus at Partners in Higher Education site in Apple Valley and IT Training Center in Eagan.

Participants:

English for Speakers of Other Languages. The program delivers 24 credits of coursework and provides students with the English skills they need to be successful in the college's academic programs and the American workforce. Taught at intermediate and advanced levels, the ESOL courses focus on students who already have beginning-level English skills. Students may take from one to three courses each semester.
