North Seattle Community College was founded in 1970. The College enrolls around 6,290, among them 435 international students.

Participants:

English as a Second Language (ESL) classes help non-native speakers learn how to communicate in English. In the ESL Courses, students study reading, writing and grammar; speaking and listening; pronunciation; workplace skills; beginning computer literacy; or citizenship. Students must have green cards or are immigrants, refugees, or US citizens to enroll into the program.
