Penn State was founded in 1855. It offers more than 160 majors and is ranked as a premier public research university. PSU serves about 41,000 undergraduate and graduate students, including more than 3,200 international students.

The IECP English language school helps students learn English as a foreign language in an intensive program at The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State). With experienced teachers of English to speakers of other languages (TESL) and small classes composed of persons from many different countries, you can learn English quickly. And students can experience American culture through activities outside class. 

Students may learn English in order to study at Penn State or another U.S. university or college; learn English while on a break from the university at home or learn English for the career in the United States or at home.
