The total enrollment of students is 6,500. Student to Faculty Ratio is 12:1. A comprehensive doctorate-granting university, Widener offers liberal arts and sciences and professional programs leading to associate’s, baccalaureate, master’s, and doctoral degrees. West Chester offers degrees in the arts and sciences, teacher training and certification, advanced study preparation in fields such as medicine and law, education for specific professions, and continuing education.

Participants:

Students who plan to improve their English language skills prior to enrolling in Widener University have two options for English training.  Graduation from either of these English language programs fulfills Widener’s English language admissions requirements, meaning you will not have to take the TOEFL or IELTS examinations.

The Program offers a start term every month, and students must complete Level 9 of the PLI curriculum to graduate.  PLI graduates can use their Level 9 certificate to satisfy the English language admission requirements at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
