The Intensive English Language Program offers instruction in the English language and in American life and culture for non-native speakers of English.  This academic program has five levels of instruction, and each level offers courses in listening, speaking, reading, grammar, and composition.  In addition, special Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) preparation classes are offered.

Students may learn about the United States through the Conversation Partner Program, class activities and discussions, interaction with American students and faculty members on campus, field trips, campus programs, and other community events.

All courses earn University credit
