The college offer more than 150 associate degrees and certificates, as well as transfer programs. American Collegiate English (ACE) is a non-credit intensive English language and TOEFL preparatory program located on the Grossmont Community College Campus, in El Cajon, in beautiful San Diego, California.

Participants:

The program is specially designed for international students who wish to improve their English skills so they may attend an American college or university. While in ACE, students have access to all Grossmont College student services. During the 8-week session, students will receive intensive English instruction in the following courses: Grammar; Reading and Vocabulary Development; Academic Writing; Listening, Speaking, and Pronunciation; TOEFL iBT. ACE offers two levels of instruction.  Level I is for students with high-beginning to low intermediate English skills.  Level II is for students with intermediate to high-intermediate English Skills.  A diagnostic test will be given on orientation day to determine each student's English proficiency level.

Full tuition fee per 8 week semester is $1,675.
