Spencerian College at Lexington will give students an opportunity to obtain a several-month certificate, 1-year certificate, or associate degree. Spencerian College specializes in medical and technical programs at the Lexington campus. All of the programs are taught in quarters for more flexibility, with day and evening sessions.


Lexington Campus helps out-of-town students in locating furnished apartments for student housing needs. Student Housing is located conveniently near variety of restaurants, stores and movie theaters. Special features of the Student Housing are the following: swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, clubhouse, picnic areas, central air-conditioning, living room, bedroom, and dining room furniture, fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, disposal, double sink, color-coordinated appliances, private patio/balcony, laundry facilities, window coverings, deadbolt security locks, smoke detectors and more. Besides students are offered coed housing, apartments for single students and special housing for disabled students. Students are also allowed to park on, or near, campus. Number of students practice carpooling. Student Services Department will work with students to form a car pool, or assist students in joining an existing car pool group. If students plan to park on campus, parking permits must be purchased. if you plan to park on campus.


The Lexington Campus provides students with fully equipped medical labs, industry-standard computer graphics equipment, computer aided design equipment, software, electrical/electronic diagnostic equipment, robots, current drafting equipment, design laboratories, networking laboratories, and a learning resource center for training in the latest technologies. The Learning Resource Center of the Lexington Campus contains a collection of books, reference and design materials, and periodicals for classroom supplement and reading enjoyment. Computers with Internet access are also available for student use.

Health & Safety

Lexington Campus of Spencerian College maintains public safety/security staff to patrol the campus and respond to various situations. All officers affiliated with this area enforce parking regulations, document violations of law, answer calls for emergency services, maintain campus publications relative to campus security, and provide educational seminars associated with individual security as needed. Students have also an opportunity to use Massage Therapy Center. Spencerian Massage Therapy Center incorporates massage therapy into the lives of the community as part of a health maintenance and wellness program. The center provides massage therapy at affordable prices and “hands on training” for the college’s students so that our regional community can experience a proven way to relieve stress and improve health.


Students of the Lexington Campus study 453 full-time and 203 part-time. There are 13% of African American, 0,2% Asian American or Pacific Islander, 2% Hispanic American, 0,2% Native American. Lexington Campus of Spencerian College has about 1,100 students, with 82% of them from Kentucky and 70% of them full-time. There also study 50% of men and 49% of women. As for students organizations, there are some of them as following: - Healing Hands students organization - Skeleton Crew - CADD students organization - Allied Health student organization


Students of the Lexington Campus of Spencerian College are not required to live in housing provided by the College. College-sponsored housing is limited to full-time students, under the age of 21, from outside the Lexington metropolitan area. Out-of-town students may choose to stay in student housing or arrange for their own housing. The College's admissions staff will provide lists of alternative accommodations near the campus.

Alumni & Post-Grad

The Lexington Campus of Spencerian College has created new online community available exclusively to college alumni and friends. The community is Spencerian's private, online, secure, password-protected environment. Here alumni may reconnect with faculty and former classmates, organize class reunions, discover ways to support their school, share alumni news and activities.

Jobs & Internship

The Lexington Campus staff assist qualified graduates with career placement. Career Services Director assists all graduates who have met their financial obligation to the school, formally applied for Career Services assistance, supplied the Career Services Director with the required support information, and are available to interview with employers. All graduates are eligible for unlimited job search assistance. Assistance is provided to all eligible graduates at any time at no additional cost to the graduate.
