The Saint Paul Campus of Metropolitan State University offers high-quality undergraduate and graduate programs—offered on campus, online, or a combination of both. All programs are fully accredited and designed to meet professional standards with the advice of industry leaders. The campus provides real educational value with truly affordable, high-quality degree programs. Some courses and programs are offered online that allow students to complete their entire degree online or enroll in online courses to enhance classroom courses, internships, or other creative learning strategies.


The Saint Paul campus of Metropolitan State University has no on-campus housing. But students has a possibility to visit dining room as the University has a list of approved caterers for students' use. The campus also offers parking services. It is available in a lot on Maria Avenue, directly across from the campus. As for the parking fee, it is $2.50. Handicapped accessible parking is readily available in the parking lots adjacent to the St. Paul Campus. Bus services are also available for students.


The Saint Paul Campus of Metropolitan State University offers different facilities for students to help them with their studying. Students has access to the library that can deliver materials to students electronically. Students has also an opportunity to visit Learning Center. This state-of-the-art facility also houses other helpful resources like the university bookstore, art gallery and more.

Health & Safety

The Saint Paul campus requires all international students to have the student insurance. It must be submitted when making payment at Financial Management. This health insurance coverage will only be considered official once the forms are received at Mega Life through Financial Management.


The Saint Paul Campus has 21 registered student organizations. Activities get students involved in the university and develop their leadership skills. The following are student organizations students may choose: ACCESS, Accounting Club, African American Student Association (AASA), Asian Student Organization, Discriminology - An Intergroup Dialogue, Film Club, First College Student Association (FCSA), Graduate Student Advisory Committee (GSAC), Haute Dish, Human Services Club, International Student Organization (ISO), Lavender Bridge, Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Club, Metropolitan State University Philosophy Club, Muslim Student Organization, Nursing Student Organization, Philosophy Club, Psychology Club, Social Work Student Association, Student Activities Fees (SAFAC), Student Science Association (SSA), Student Senate, Students for Social Change and others.


In spite of on campus housing is not offered, rental units are available within walking distance or on local bus lines. It is easy for a student to find off campus housing in the city.

Alumni & Post-Grad

There are Alumni Association, Foundation and Center for Community-Based Learning established to invite alumni, friends and community members who are connected with Metropolitan State University. They all are involved in the university's broad based community outreach and demonstrate a commitment to civic engagement. Moreover, all students are engaged in theater and literary productions.

Jobs & Internship

The Saint Paul Campus has student counseling services aimed at assisting students with personal or psychological concerns that might interfere with their experience at Metropolitan State University. With career services students can make their career decision using state-of-the-art resources.
