Offers placement into higher-level courses for AP Exams: Yes
From the college:
Students can earn some placement and/or credit by choosing the AP program. Credit is given for scores of 4 or 5 on AP exams; and placement is determined by individual departments within the College. There are limits on credit (no student may enter with sophomore status); but advanced course placement is possible beyond the limits of credit. Students may use AP results to meet Haverford's language requirement. In the admission process, AP courses on the high school transcript are considered in assessing the quality of curriculum.
