• The Advanced Placement Program of the College Board offers high school students the opportunity to study prescribed courses in many subjects and to take nationally administered examinations on these courses. Lawrence will give one course credit for a score of 4 or 5 on an Advanced Placement Examination, except for multiple examinations with substantial shared material, for which only one credit may be granted. Each department will determine the placement of students who wish to undertake continuing work in that discipline.
