Shell interns benefit from regular and structured performance evaluation from their mentor and direct supervisor. They also receive direct feedback to help them to enhance the strengths and build on any areas for development. As the internship is fully assessed against real tasks and targets, the company gains a very rounded view of participant’s skills and capabilities. Succeed in the internship and a participant could be offered a full-time position at Shell when he/she graduate. It’s a simple and direct route into Shell. Shell internships represent an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable business experience - experience that will help students in whatever career they choose after graduation.

The internships are open to undergraduates, Masters or PhD candidates in any discipline, who are and/or studying in the USA. Most take place during the summer.
